Bumble bee pollinating a purple Aster

Our Asters were looking beautiful this year, but are done for the season now. I didn't see as many butterflies pollinating the flowers as I had hoped, but the bees were plentiful. while the Asters lasted! Rather than capture a lot of bees together, I concentrated on one bee alone on a single aster.
