Burrowing Owlet soaking up the rain in Florida.

Burrowing Owlet during a light rain on a hot day in Cape Coral, Florida. Owlets fan their feathers to soak up the rain and when they are anting. Anting is a behaviour during which the owls rub insects, usually ants, onto their feathers and skin.
