The aurora borealis took on the form of a butterfly over Kleifarvatn on the Reykjanes Peninsula in Iceland. My wife and I were looking for a good spot to hopefully see the northern lights near Reykavik. We found Kleifarvatn on the map. Our 2 year old slept in the camper van while we stayed warm in our sleeping bags.
