Cadet Caught in the Rain
This U.S. Naval Sea Cadet was standing at attention with his division when the skies opened up and rain began to fall. Showing courage and commitment, he didn't move a muscle and stood proudly as his uniform was soaked by the downpour. The look on his face is priceless.
