18th Annual Smithsonian Magazine Photo Contest Altered Images
California Dreaming: A shot of me and my wife in our backyard hot tub combined with a photo of palm trees burning.
In California we were hit with a pandemic and brutal fire season which prompted me to dream up this image. The shot is a photoshopped combined photo of me and my wife in our backyard hot tub and a photo of palm trees burning. The title California Dreaming is meant to be sarcastic. What a year.
