Canada Lynx Kit
While working on a Canada Lynx and Wolverine genetic study in Northwest Montana, I Backtracked a family of Canada lynx to collect DNA samples. While I was collecting hair in the snow, I looked up and saw a kitten. We got comfortable with each other, so much so that the kitten actually decided to take a nap. The other kitten was off to the right in some bushes. It was a magical experience.
