Canyon on Fire Antelope, the extremely beautiful slot (narrow) canyon, is the most visited slot canyon in southwest. It is carved by water in the Navajo sandstone. This picture was taken in Upper antelope canyon. When the sun rays hits the canyon, it feels like they ignite the red stone making alive different shapes in this canyon. This picture creates illusion of sunset behind the famous monument valley.
