Catch and release fishing in Lake Clark National Park, Alaska

Ten young men from around the United States all meet in daze upon arriving in Anchorage, Alaska. Its Alaska, separated for the lower 48 and strong hold of the "hardened worker impervious to col for brutal climate." The ten of us where preparing to embark on a ten day expedition in to the Alaskan wilderness guided by a local living in Lark Clark National Park. Life Lines this was, a Christian origination running trips around the world, this one happened to be here in the states and with a general focus on building up stronger leaders while walking with God through out their lives. why in Alaska? Jesus aways retreated to the wilderness to recharge and talk with the father. We were to do the same. We where to come into the deepest and wildest of his creation in order to spend intentional time with the Lord; and such is that we did. This Image is a surreal and placid image of my fellow brothers in Christ fishing in Lake Clark, in front of them lay hundreds of miles of untouched wilderness, many unnamed peaks and endless possibilities.
