Cathedral of the White Pelican
During the spring migration, these American White Pelicans stopped at a frozen Waskesiu Lake in Prince Albert National Park, Saskatchewan Canada. They landed in this small patch of the lake, which thaws earliest in the spring and spent a cold night huddled together. As they were waking in the morning the sun broke through a gap in the trees beautifully lighting them.
