I came across these two young ladies sitting under a tree in he Rose Garden in Delaware Park, Buffalo, NY. There was an amazing display of food and drink and a beautiful table setting. When I asked about taking their picture I was told that the celebration was to celebrate their birthday, friends since the 3rd grade and celebrate it every year. It made me smile to such happy faces during a pandemic and such joy was evident their chatter and how they looked at each other. True friends.
