When the 2020 Presidential election was finally called for Biden, there was celebrating in the streets of San Francisco-- people dancing, honking, cheering. In the Castro, the gay neighborhood of SF, there was an impromptu gathering and celebration. In addition to the joy, I could sense relief as well.
