The Mexican state of Oaxaca is the biggest mezcal producer in the world. The Mezcal an artisanal beverage, It is unclear whether distilled drinks were produced in Mexico before the Spanish Conquest but it still one of the three preferer drinks in México. Early in the morning, we came with our friends “Jimadores” to select every Agave in the field. This traditional mezcal is handcrafted by small-scale producers against other kinds of Industrial Mezcal with a different taste. A great Mexican legacy.
