He was in his tuktuk turning a corner and passed right in front of me.. I saw the bird then saw that he was chained on a 'chopstick' and attached to the side of the tuktuk. I immediately followed them, running at times...He came and park into his hutong house's courtyard. I couldn't help but take a photo of this very unique sight.
