21st Annual Smithsonian Magazine Photo Contest People

During the military parade commemorating the independence of Mexico, the charro contingent is the last to parade, They parade because President Avila Camacho in 1942 named them as the reserve of the Mexican army in case of an invasion of the Nazi army during the Second World War.
