18th Annual Smithsonian Magazine Photo Contest Altered Images
Chicago Fireworks
July 4th 2020 in Chicago. Unofficial fireworks displays are a long tradition, but this year there were more than usual. Official fireworks displays were cancelled and fireworks are illegal in the state. I wanted to try out longer exposures with my drone, and I knew there would be lots of fireworks across the city.
