We discovered this gigantic mushroom while walking around our property one morning. It wasn't there the day before, but grew to a 2.5ft diameter overnight! Apparently, it is a well known fungus, commonly referred to as Chicken of the Woods because it flesh tastes kind of like chicken. Doesn't everything?
