The photo was taken in The Botanical Park in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. I saw the tanks after my first visit to the park. The children were playing Hide and seek around the tanks. The atmosphere was surrounded by laughter. The tanks were displayed because the government would like to promote the importance of peace and the unforgettable memory under the Soviet Regime.
