15th Annual Smithsonian Magazine Photo Contest Natural World
Chirping Baby Birds
These baby birds were found in their nest on the ground in my yard in Connecticut this past summer. We replaced the nest in a tree and thankfully, the mother, who was close by, attended to them in their new location.
