Cholla Garden
Cholla glow in the sunset at Joshua Tree National Park. Beautiful but dangerous, cholla have hooked barbs and are adept at attaching to anyone or anything nearby. I love the beauty of the desert and the hardy plants and animals that are adapted to thrive in such a harsh environment. These Cholla are especially beautiful, they have fresh growth in response to recent rains.
