This photo is part of my Gowns Canal project. It's a superfund site and considered one of the most toxic waterways in the US as well as a home to wildlife. Some of the contaminants include lead, arsenic, human waste, radioactive waste and plenty of plastic. This photo reminded me of Baroque painting and includes a Snickers wrapper in the lower left hand part of the image.
