Our son secretly planted a couple of "10 ft" sunflowers in one of our garden beds. They didn't all make it to 10 ft .. only one of them did that. It of course didn't take long for the chipmunks to discover that those huge sunflower "heads" up there were filled with sunflower seeds. It took them less than a day to "clean them out." This fellow was the champion ... its hard to say how many dozen he could "vacuum out" and tuck into his chubby cheeks
