This was shot from the other side of the Themes overlooking "The Shard", in London, UK. This is the tallest building in Europe. It was an overcast day and the clouds were moving fast, making the long exposure shot more suitable than ever. This shot made the clouds and themes river look smooth and the monuments in sharp focus making the entire image much smoother
