Standing in front of the closed wooden door of the Clam Cannery of 1885 is humbling. To know that tireless workers from the docks of Port Townsend walked thorough these doors of 1885 believed the American DREAM. The Entrance is a porthole into time. The mirage of 1885 has a strong purposeful presence and is undisturbed by idle standby-ers of today looking on with admiration.
