Cliffs of Bonifaccio on a late afternoon

The image speaks of the ancient tug of war between the elements, ever unspent, constantly building by the power of wave, tide, and wind. Located on the southern coast of Corsica, Bonifacio boasts a citadel of cliffs, 70meter tall limestone, and sandstone crags shaped over centuries by harsh winds and an unforgiving sea.
