This photo was taken in Bandon, Oregon, last year. We spent a couple days driving the West coast from Anaheim and just made it to Bandon and checked into our room. The man at the counter turned to us as we finished up and told us we wouldn't want to miss this. All three of us walked over to an empty lot across the street, and stood there to watch the sunset. It was breathtaking and peaceful, something unforgettable that you can't really capture in a photo. But I can try.
