This kind gentleman from Aswan, Egypt makes a lovely coffee at Marsa Alam, a lovely resort town along the Red Sea coast in Egypt. Spent the end of 2022 at an ecolodge, Deep South Camp, roughly 85 kilometers from the international airport ithere. Also a snorkeling guide, Hesham was very kind to allow one to photograph him while preparing his brew; with no hesitation at all. Grateful.
