Collage of Important Things in My Life

They say a picture's worth a thousand words, but it would take a lot more to explain this one. For my required Freshman-year College Success Seminar at Carthage College, we all created collages to represent ourselves, including people we like and things that interest us. The catch was that everyone's was definitely similar in one way: a symbol of Carthage in the corner, reminding us that our paths all cross at our college. Included in my collage was a picture of my high school show choir, my sister and I as young children, my family and best friend, and things I like (giraffes, The Doors, Bruce Springsteen, Disney World, Chicago, and autumn). I felt this combination of photographs accurately captured what I'm all about, spanning from my musical interests and places I enjoy, to the people most important in my life.
