On the day of this photo, the natural beauty really stuck out thanks to the help of Mother Nature. The variations of grays and blues in the the sky, the color of the grass in the plains, accompanied with strong winds that blew through made me envision the days of Little House on the Prairie. Standing there; your mood takes on the history. As you visualize what the town looked like in it's prime, you wonder if you would have survived a day where there were no cars, no cable, no phone, no internet, no electricity.
