I wanted a silhouette shot with the pine. I noticed color in the same direction as the Little Dipper so I flipped my whole set up. Worked on my spacing from the tree and made sure to include the dipper in the top of the photo. I have always wanted to get a chance to see the northern lights and at age 38 I can finally say I’ve checked it off my bucket list and they did not disappoint!
