Grand Prismatic Spring ist situated at the Midway Geyser Basin in Yellowstone NP. It is the largest hot spring in USA. Due to the waters temperature the center of the pool is cerulean with changing colours to the edges. Colors are caused by pigmented thermophilic bacteria.
