Coming together to remember 9/11

These cowboys travelled across the country to honor our national heroes who fell on 9/11. As a New Yorker who lost my neighbors from my apartment building in the tragedy, their gesture of kindness and demonstration that they mourn with us years later was truly touching. On their way to Ground Zero, when stuck nearby amid a sea of yellow taxis in a classic NYC traffic jam, they interacted with urban New York City residents who approached to hear their story and pet their horses. Despite our differences, as Americans, we come together as a country to honor the memories of those who lost their lives on 9/11.
