I took this shot of the Common (Mangrove) Black Hawk on the Isla Bastimentos. It is a 15-minute water taxi ride from Bocas del Toro, Panama. Red Frog Beach which is on the western side of the island is where I was situated. The Island Bastimentos (named by Christopher Columbus) means "Provisions."
