It's the famous Langar kitchen of the Sikh community for making Atta(wheat) roti which are served to the several thousand visitors for five days on the annual occasion of birthday celebration of Sikh guru. By turn, each women member, irrespective of marital status & age, of any family of the sikh-community involves herself in this mass-roti making process which in some of the years use to reach upto seventy thousand.
