I was looking for eagles at the Conowingo Dam in Maryland when i noticed this Cormorant fishing in the waters near the dam. Just as i was about to take another shot of its unsuccessful efforts to dive down and snag a fish, one jumped out of the water and right in front of him. Surely, this cormorant got the message: sooner or later things are going to go your way.
