16th Annual Smithsonian Magazine Photo Contest Natural World
COMPOSING WITH COLOR

We live in FL so naturally we keep the air conditioner on low. This cools the windows to a point that it causes water in the air (known as water vapor), to turn into a liquid water called condensation, as seen in this photo on the window pane. (Water can take the form of liquid, solid, or gas.)
