Composited image of the Oregon coastline, near Carl Washburn State Park. All layers consist of my original photographs, merged together. The base image (background) is of black and white sandstone cliffs along the beach. Overlaid images are of 1) The Painted Hills at John Day Fossil Beds National Monument, Oregon 2) Driftwood on the beach, and 3) coastal fog. In compositing the images, I manipulated colors, transparency, saturation, contrast, brightness, etc.
