Anorexia is one of the leading "silent" killers in the United States, often leading to suicide. For those suffering from this horrific illness, each and every day is a constant battle just to make it through the day. The story behind this particular image is trying to capture the internal battle in the external world in an attempt to bring awareness to this growing epidemic.
