Monsoons at the Grand Canyon can be amazing, with a variety of breath taking beauty. On this day the storms had already moved off into the distance. This picture was taken at the exact moment the lightning stuck the ground. You can tell by the fire ball at the end of the strike on the Canyon walls. Never two alike and an amazing part of nature.
