I was sitting at the side walk to wait our guide in a small town of Madagascar. Watching people passed by from different directions. I saw an old man with a walking stick and white plastic bag walk towards to the car, then a boy student with a red backpack walking opposite direction. There is a nice blue car parked on the street right behind them. Both of them worn sandals. My thought was that both of them, old and young , may need help for transportation.How can they get help? Who can help?
