CORDILLERA KALINGA AND BONTOC IGOROT TRIBAL YOUTH during 2019 Gong Festival
Our Cordillera Kalinga and Bontoc Igorot Tribal youth, mostly transient or migrant students from distant mountain provinces, posed for posterity, record and documentation, during our October 13, 2019 Gong Festival, where I watched as a member of our indigenous organization Kalahi, and as our women's group Kalipi's consultant and resource specialist.
