Cowboy Jones Resists

Cowboy Jones, 91 years old, joins a protest in rural Georgia to convince county politicians to stop the construction of a rock quarry near an impoverished neighborhood. The region is almost entirely African American and one of the poorest counties in the nation. Cowboy Jones was a former deputy sheriff for Hancock County, where the protest occurred. The protest was ultimately successful.
