Dachau Concentration Camp Crematorium

This photo was taken at the Dachau Concentration Camp in Munich, Germany. To stand in a place where so many people had been recklessly burned and disposed of was an event in my life I wish never to forget. As the remaining survivors age, the younger generations of this world are left without the important knowledge of Nazi Germany and the Holocaust. Many innocent people lost their lives in camps just like this one and their ashes were scattered on foreign soil neither they nor their family had chosen. It is important to never forget the events that happened here and all across Europe despite the many years that will continue to distance us.
