This is one of a series of photos I created for my Dads retirement. I retold stories from his past, through a scale-model replica of the first car he ever owned, a 1968 Pontiac GTO. A few supplies from the local hobby shop helped me set up this car the way he remembered it, and start the telling of tales. In this episode, my Dad was single, had broken his leg, & was laying low with my Aunt Barb to heal. Barb said he would often leave the house on weekends, unexpectedly, to "Get the car washed". Barb filled in the blank for what that meant, & I tried to interpret her meaning here.
