22nd Annual Smithsonian Magazine Photo Contest People
Daily rush
My wife, while walking our dog, wrote to me on Messenger that there was thick fog in the area and that I might want to capture it in a photo. I went for a walk towards the local tram terminus. It was a little after 6:30 PM so I knew that people would slowly be returning from their daily jobs. I stopped to wait for someone to cut my frame after a tram full of people had pulled up a moment earlier. I was not disappointed, I really liked the dynamics of this first shot. A photo straight from the camera using the recipe for black and white photos in the Ilford style.
