In a small village near the trading center of Namungalwe in Uganda, village residents gathered for a "health fair" orchestrated by the NGO, the Uganda Village Project, to receive basic medical services like screenings for HIV and malaria. But, activities weren't limited to that. The NGO paid for a D.J., put on presentations, and sponsored a dance competition, of which this young girl was the winner.
