Dawn's Early Light
The incredible vermillion colors of the geological formations found in Kanab, in particular White Pocket Utah, are like no other anywhere on Earth. It makes one wonder how this was all formed. I imagine a volcano erupting in snow covered mountains, cooking the earth into mud, then the cold air freezing it in place allowing time, winds and weather to smooth out the surfaces into interesting fomrations.
