We were traveling on the Denali Rd within Denali National Park approaching the river bed along the Toklat River. All at once, we spotted these doll sheep moving across the rocks, heading towards the mountains above the road. The sheep were not in their normal environment of the steep rocky cliffs of the mountains, and the stony river bed provided a backdrop to the photo that appeared to go on and on for over a mile.
