Chilean city Iquique is trapped in between Pacific ocean and desert with enormous sand dunes. Though, all the charm the city has got is exactly in the dunes and ocean. The nature is too perfect, it's really difficult to beat it. So, I guess the best solution is simply use what it suggests and enjoy the view.
