This was our first time in Aruba. I found Aruba to be made up of the culture, the & beaches & ocean, and the desert. I found the desert otherworldly - the opposite of the tourist experience. When I chanced upon this shot I looked up from a very specific vantage point and saw what resembled an "A". I thought to myself "A" for Aruba - a place of a very different tranquil beauty that I had not seen in the travel brochures.
