Desfile de Mil Polleras
Every January, the town of Las Tablas fills with young ladies donning the pollera, the traditional dress of Panama. They parade down the streets, dancing and twirling and circling - for many this is a proud day, when they get to don polleras that have been passed down for several generations. Cheer and laughter accompanies the parades, as they loop the town.
